About the IAPP

Desirée is an associate in the Intellectual Property department currently focusing on data privacy and invention patents. In the data privacy field, Desirée works with clients to ensure compliance with regulations and strengthen business’ data protection. From creating protocols for the correct handling of data to mitigating security breaches, it is a subject that she is passionate about. Likewise, she has experience performing risk analysis regarding the processing and transferring of data for transnational companies.
