About the IAPP

Susie is a shareholder in the Labor & Employment Practice Group. She assists clients with matters involving the American with Disabilities Act, Family Medical Leave Act, Title VII and Title IX. Susie regularly works with employers and employees to resolve employment and labor-related matters. Susie advises on and drafts confidentiality and proprietary right agreements, and advises companies on best practices related to same.

Susie also counsels companies and executives on employee mobility issues relating to restrictive covenants. She also serves as external general counsel to companies and advises employers workplace privacy issues.
