About the IAPP

Ryan Groff is Senior Solutions Consultant at Thomson Reuters. He was recently at Casetext, where he was part of the team that launched the AI legal assistant, CoCounsel. He is a Massachusetts lawyer and provides legal education around the world. He is lecturer on law at New England Law | Boston where he launched the school’s first course on law, innovation, and technology, which he still teaches. Ryan holds graduate degrees with honors in law and theology, and lives north of Boston with his family.
