Tambry Bradford is a partner in Troutman Pepper’s Privacy + Cyber practice, and serves as the managing partner of the Los Angeles office. Her privacy litigation practice includes the defense of class actions arising from large data breaches and other alleged unlawful disclosures of private information under both statutory and common law. Her practice also encompasses a wide range of complex commercial litigation matters involving claims of fraud, unfair competition, due process violations, contract disputes, and products liability. She advises individuals and public and private companies in state and federal courts throughout the U.S., and has handled appeals in California state appellate courts and the Ninth Circuit.

 

Tambry is a Certified Information Privacy Professional in the U.S. (CIPP/US). She was selected for inclusion on the Southern California Rising Stars list, and has also been named to the Los Angeles Business Journal’s “Most Influential Minority Lawyers.” She received her undergraduate degree from University of California, Los Angeles, and her J.D. from Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law.
