About the IAPP

Seth is a former legal extern at the IAPP from the Northeastern University School of Law’s LLM program. Prior to undertaking his LLM studies, Seth worked as a data privacy associate at Banwo & Ighodalo (“B&I”), one of the top tier law firms in Nigeria. During his time at B&I, He liaised with the National Information Technology Development Agency (the government agency responsible to enforce data privacy laws in Nigeria) to implement the Nigerian data protection regulation 2019. He also served as the secretary to the private sector ad-hoc committee set up by the Nigerian government to review the Nigerian Data Protection Bill currently before the Nigerian National Assembly.
