Sancho Angulo, CIPP/C, CIPM
Sancho Angulo is an Advisor, Privacy and Data Governance in the Office of the Chief Human Resources Officer in the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat.. He has more than five years' experience working in various roles in the Canadian federal government. As a person with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), Sancho is a passionate advocate for advancing awareness and inclusion of neurodiversity in both the workplace and the privacy profession at large, regularly speaking on this subject to federal departments and agencies through the Federal Speakers' Forum on Lived Experience.
Sancho holds CIPP/C and CIPM certifications from the IAPP, and currently serves as a Co-chair for the IAPP KnowledgeNet Chapter for Ottawa, Ontario. He also has a Bachelor of Public Affairs and Policy Management (BPAPM), specializing in Communication Technologies and Regulation, and a Master of Public Policy and Administration (MPPA), both from Carleton University.
