Chief Architect at ImmuniWeb

Dr. Ilia Kolochenko is a Swiss cybersecurity expert, jurist and entrepreneur. Having over 15 years of professional practice in cybersecurity and cybercrime investigations, today he is a Chief Architect & CEO at ImmuniWeb, a global application security company serving enterprise customers in more than 50 countries.

As a lawyer admitted to the D.C. Bar in Washington D.C., Dr. Ilia Kolochenko is a Partner and Cybersecurity Practice Lead at Platt Law LLP, advising clients on data protection, cybersecurity and privacy law. He is also a CLE Faculty Member at the D.C. Bar, teaching cybersecurity for lawyers.

Dr. Kolochenko has a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Edinburgh, a Master of Science (MSc) in Criminal Justice (Cybersecurity & Cybercrime Investigations) from Boston University, and a PhD in Computer Science from Capitol Technology University where he currently chairs doctoral students, also serving as an Adjunct Professor of Cybersecurity Practice & Cyber Law.

Dr. Ilia Kolochenko is also a member of Europol Data Protection Experts Network (EDEN), a member of INTERPOL Digital Forensics Expert Group (DFEG), and a member of GIAC Advisory Board and SANS CISO Network. At the IAPP, Dr. Kolochenko has been contributing into the development of CIPP/US and CIPP/E exam questions, holding CIPP/A, CIPP/C, CIPP/E, CIPP/US, CIPT, CIPM and FIP certifications.
