Claudia is a qualified Italian lawyer with about 18 years of experience in corporate governance and compliance matters.
Prior to joining Gucci as Regulatory, compliance and privacy manager, she gained experience in academic research and collaborated with law firms, part of international networks.
About data protection law, Claudia focuses her practice on clients’ privacy rights in the consumer business sector, management – in compliance with privacy law – of CRM systems in the fashion luxury and definition of privacy organizational models in multinational groups of companies. She is fascinated by the current evolution of privacy regulations around the world.
She gathered also a remarkable experience in international compliance projects about anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, liability of companies for crimes committed by directors and employees, with specific focus on crimes characterized by high technical-specialist contains.
Claudia holds a law degree from the University of Bari, where she also got her Ph.D. in Criminal Law and Criminal Process Law.
