Stuart is an associate in the Reed Smith Houston office, and focuses his practice on tech and data transactional matters. He has experience drafting and reviewing privacy policies, terms and conditions, information security policies, and data processing agreements, as well as working with companies in conducting data mapping analysis, standing up data privacy compliance frameworks, and building global privacy compliance solutions. Stuart also supports mergers and acquisitions teams, reviews state and federal privacy laws to help determine compliance processes for clients.
