Andrew Lee is currently the Head of Digital Transformation Strategy and Adoption Success, and Data Privacy at the Jollibee Group of Companies, a global restaurant operator. He is responsible for implementing data privacy and protection across all digital initiatives in collaboration with in-house experts and expanding the digital capabilities of JFC’s global team members. His experience includes implementing a global privacy program and delivering end-to-end customer experiences in storied hospitality brands such as Anantara, Four Seasons and Accor. A Hong Kong native with roots in Australia, his career has also taken him to the Philippines and Thailand where he is currently based. Andrew graduated from the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia with a Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction and is a Certified Information Privacy Manager with the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
