About the IAPP

Brenton began his career in the United States Marine Corps and then joined Topanga Management Co. building and managing student housing projects across the US. Seeing the tech industry as the future, Brenton learned to code and became a software engineer on an enterprise Identity and Access Management program supporting 200+ Federal Agencies/Entities within the US Intelligence community. Brenton then transitioned to the private sector and joined SailPoint, implementing and architecting large IAM solutions for Fortune 500 companies. Brenton joined BigID in 2019 and served as VP, Technical Delivery, overseeing BigID’s deployment and implementation worldwide. In February of 2023, he transitioned to be the RVP, NA West, running the western sales organization for BigID.
