About the IAPP

Vinhcent Le is a Board Member of the California Privacy Protection Agency and is the designee of the Speaker of the California Assembly. Le also serves as Senior Legal Counsel at The Greenlining Institute, where he works on issues related to consumer privacy, broadband access, and equity in artificial intelligence. Le also serves on the steering committee of the ACM Conference on Fairness, Accountability, and Transparency, and brings a focus on responsible AI to the board. Le received a J.D. from the University of California, Irvine School of Law, and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, San Diego.
