About the IAPP

Caroline is a Senior Director within the Legal Team at Expedia Group, leading data privacy for the EMEA region and supporting on many global compliance privacy programs. She was responsible for Expedia’s GDPR program back in 2018 and advises on all aspects of data privacy across Expedia Group. She trained and qualified at a top tier international law firm in the UK and has worked in both commercial and not-for-profit sectors.

She is an active member of the West London Privacy Group and co-founded the Travel Sector Privacy Forum. Caroline also sits on the global Inclusion & Diversity Council and Responsible AI Council for Expedia Group and leads on volunteering for the London office. Outside of the law, Caroline volunteers with Winston's Wish, the leading childhood bereavement charity in the UK and the Ellen MacArthur Cancer Trust.
