Marco Berrios counsels clients on a broad range of privacy and data security matters, including cross-border data transfers, privacy assessments, data governance, incident response and advertising technology.
Marco's experience includes preparing internal and consumer-facing policies and procedures, developing privacy programs and reviewing data flows and consent procedures for compliance with U.S. and international laws, including the GDPR and CCPA. He has also worked with clients to develop incident response plans, launch products and services involving personal data processing, and implement business initiatives involving cross-border data transfers. Marco has also represented clients before the FTC in connection with security and privacy investigations.
