About the IAPP

Thomas Cioce oversees the privacy program for the National Football League, including the 32 member clubs. He also advises on cybersecurity matters, and manages data, digital media, and technology transactions for the League Office. He has spent the last ten years of his career building and managing privacy programs for multinational companies including McGraw-Hill, HCL Technologies, and Bloomberg. Tom is passionate about creating and implementing programs that encourage brand trust and position privacy as a business enabler.
