Kristin Bryan is a seasoned litigator experienced in the resolution of complex disputes. Kristin has advised and represented multinational corporations and foreign governments, agencies, and officials in various cross-border litigation matters. She has represented clients nationwide before state and federal trial and appellate courts and in arbitrations and mediations.



Kristin has experience defending clients in federal class action and multidistrict litigation concerning allegations that their online privacy and marketing practices violated federal and state privacy laws. As a natural extension of her experience litigating data privacy disputes, she also provides practical, business-oriented privacy advice to a wide range of clients and has represented them in government investigations regarding their privacy practices.



Kristin is CIPP/US certified and routinely publishes and speaks on cutting edge developments in data privacy. Kristin is currently the co-chair of the International Association of Privacy Professional’s KnowledgeNet Chapter for Cleveland.



Prior to joining the firm, Kristin worked at an international law firm in New York. During this time, she was recognized by the Legal Aid Society for her commitment to public service.
