About the IAPP

Kenneth is a lawyer specialized in commercial contract law and privacy. He obtained his Master’s degree in law at Maastricht University. More than three years ago he gained an interest for the privacy work field which resulted in him specializing in privacy. Now he has the CIPP/E & US and CIPM credentials. 

In the past five years Kenneth worked in different roles as a legal advisor. In the private and public sector. In 2021 he started as the Privacy officer for his own township. In this role he is responsible for implementing and managing the privacy compliance of this government agency. He also works as a freelance lawyer to help Dutch entrepreneurs with their GDPR compliance and necessary legal contracts.

Kenneth is a dedicated professional with a passion for the ever evolving privacy landscape. He is excited to commit himself to the IAPP community with his enthusiasm and hands-on approach.
