About the IAPP

Erika I. Rodriguez Kushelevich holds a law degree from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, a Master's degree in European and International Commercial Law from the University of Vienna, Austria, and a diploma in Privacy, Regulation and Data Governance from the Centro de Investigación y Docencia Económicas (CIDE). She works professionally at Basham, Ringe y Correa in the areas of Information Technology and Intellectual Property. Her practice includes consulting and litigation on privacy, personal data protection and other issues related to information technology law, as well as consulting and litigation in the field of intellectual property. She has contributed to several publications in Mexican and foreign journals, including, among others, One Trust Data Guidance and Lex Mundi, on issues related to law and technology.
