About the IAPP

Eun O’Donnell serves as Assistant General Counsel for Altria Client Services Inc. in Richmond, VA, where she is responsible for providing legal counsel on a range of legal and regulatory issues related to privacy, security, and technology.  Altria Client Services Inc. (ALCS), a services subsidiary of Altria Group, Inc. helps Altria Group and its operating companies responsibly meet their business goals by providing the high-quality services they require in a financially disciplined way.  

Prior to her current role, Eun held a variety of roles in the ALCS law department, including as law support for the Digital Marketing, Advanced Analytics, Sales and Distribution, Compliance, Corporate Communications, and Corporate Responsibility organizations.  

Prior to joining the law department with Philip Morris USA, Altria’s Tobacco Operating Company, Eun worked as a V.P., Compliance Attorney at General Electric Mortgage Insurance Company in Raleigh, North Carolina.  

Eun received her B.A. in Communications from the University of Virginia and her J.D. from George Mason University.
