About the IAPP

Jennifer is the Data Privacy and Compliance Manager at P\S\L Group. She is currently responsible for global compliance with the GDPR, CCPA and applicable Canadian privacy legislation. Jennifer started her privacy career as a Privacy Consultant with Calligo as a member of the Data Privacy Services Team. There, she advised companies on operationalizing privacy programs to achieve the requirements of the GDPR and other global regulations. She supported the outsourced Data Protection Officer as a Service for companies mostly based in North America. She has completed the CIPP/C and CIPM certifications. Jennifer is also a bilingual and bi-juridically trained lawyer with a background in civil litigation and regulatory enforcement.
