Speaker registration: You will automatically be awarded a complimentary pass to the event and registered as a speaker by IAPP staff. Your conference pass is eligible for all programming and events happening on Wednesday and Thursday, 23-24 April. If you are speaking on a workshop, your pass will also include your workshop on Tuesday, 22 April. If you would like to add a training or workshop to your registration (additional cost), please contact speaker specialist Laura Giannotti at lgiannotti@iapp.org.
Dietary accommodations: Should you require a special diet please contact speaker specialist Laura Giannotti at lgiannotti@iapp.org to indicate your needs before 9 April. Choices are: dairy-free, gluten-free, kosher, vegan, Halal or vegetarian.
Speaker presentation template: All speakers using a presentation must download and use the IAPP Global Privacy Summit 2025 presentation template.

18 February: Attend speaker orientation web conference. You will receive an invitation with additional details from Laura.
28 February: Deadline for initial planning call with co-panelists and chairperson.
14 March: Send draft presentations to your chair/speaker coordinator.
11 April: Send final presentation to your chair/speaker coordinator.

Need to make a change to speakers, panelists or presentation content? It is important to run it by us. Changes must be approved by IAPP to uphold the quality of our program and keep our publications current. Please contact Laura immediately if you need to make adjustments.

Speaker workroom
This space is just for speakers — your home away from home. Print your presentation notes, meet the on-site speaker manager and get your questions answered in person, meet with your co-panelists for coffee and a snack, or work quietly.
The workroom is available during the following hours in the Convention Center:
