With a career that has spanned multiple jurisdictions, Tharishni has spent over a decade assisting multinational businesses comply with the intricacies of privacy and data protection regulations around the world. As the Global AI Governance Director at Aon, she advises Aon's businesses globally comply with its privacy obligations, with a focus on supporting Aon's broad spectrum of technology application and development. Tharishni is also part of the AI Governance leadership at Aon, helping the organisation shape and implement its first AI Governance program.

Tharishni continues to contribute her expertise on the interplay of law, data, operations and risk at conferences around the world, and has been named as a Thought Leader in Privacy by Data Guidance and one of the Most Inspiring Women in Privacy by the Privacy Pros Academy.
