A member of the Paris and Brussels bars, Thaima Samman is the founder of SAMMAN Law & Corporate Affairs, a law firm specializing in public affairs in Paris and Brussels.

For almost 20 years, she has been assisting numerous players in the industrial, digital transformation and artificial intelligence sectors at French and European level. Prior to founding the firm, Thaima held various positions including head of Microsoft Associate General Counsel in charge of legal and public affairs for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), where her responsibilities included in particular the supervision of EU affairs.

She also worked at the law firm August & Debouzy and in the office of Claude Bartolone, former Minister for Urban Affairs and President of the National Assembly.

President of the Association des Avocats-Conseils en Affaires Publiques (A-CAP), she is also a member of the board of directors of the French Institute for International and Strategic Affairs (IRIS), and of the board of directors of the European American Chamber of Commerce (EACC).

Additionally, Thaima is a founding member and current President of the European Network for Women in Leadership.
