Sun Hee Kim leads Yulchon’s Data & Tech practice team. Sun Hee advises international clients from a broad range of sectors on data protection, cybersecurity, and digital technology regulations.

As a recognized thought leader in this field, Sun Hee is actively involved in public policy discussions on developments in data protection laws and new laws regulating AI in South Korea. She is advisor to the Personal Information Protection Commission of Korea, and also actively involved in the International Bar Association as a Senior Vice Chair of IBA’s Asia Pacific Regional Forum.  

She was recognized as one of Asia’s leading lawyers in the fields of TMT and Data by various legal directories such as Legal 500, Chambers, Who’s Who Legal and Asian Legal Business.
