About the IAPP

Seth Blinder is the Firmwide Head of Privacy at JPMorgan Chase. Before joining JPMorgan Chase in 2024, Seth spent eight years at Goldman Sachs, where he built and managed the privacy compliance function and was Chief Privacy Officer.  

Prior to Goldman Sachs, Seth was Senior Counsel, Privacy and Data Protection at Mastercard. Earlier in his career, he was in-house counsel at Sony Music Entertainment and practiced law at Gibson Dunn & Crutcher and Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton in New York.
