Michael Andry is Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where he leads legal strategy at the intersection of data, privacy, and artificial intelligence within the Corporate & Investment Bank. His work focuses on advising global product and data leaders on AI governance, regulatory compliance, and responsible data commercialization. Michael contributes to firmwide AI policy development, including the State AI Law and NIST AI Policy working groups, and counsels senior stakeholders on the integration of large language models and emerging technologies across payments and data ecosystems. With more than a decade of experience spanning financial services, insurance, and technology, he brings a practical and regulatory-focused perspective to advancing ethical data use and AI governance in complex, global environments.
