Kyoungsic Min, AIGP, CIPP/E

Kyoungsic Min is Privacy Counsel and Asia Regional Lead at VeraSafe. He guides multinational companies through privacy, data, and AI governance challenges and coordinates teams across Europe, the Americas, and Africa. Previously, he worked at Yulchon LLC—a leading Korean law firm—in Seoul and Ho Chi Minh City, served in the Strategic Investigations Department of the National Human Rights Commission of Korea, and worked at the Appeals Chamber of the International Criminal Court in The Hague. Admitted to the bars of Seoul and Washington, D.C., he holds AIGP, CIPP/E, and ISO/IEC 27001 and 27701 PA credentials. He brings hands-on experience with complex, multi-jurisdictional privacy and data compliance, offering clear and practical guidance.
