About the IAPP

Kibby graduated from Fordham Law School in 2024 after serving as a notes and articles editor on the Fordham Intellectual Property Law Journal. Kibby became interested in privacy law through an internship with the Entertainment Software Ratings Board which included researching specific applicability of the GDPR and writing persuasive memoranda for ESRB members. A subsequent privacy law internship at Mozilla led Kibby to delve into the technical side of how tracking technologies work and to help update policy documents to keep up with the rapid developments in privacy law. Outside of work, Kibby enjoys knitting, digital art, and herding three cats.
