Chirag is an Associate Partner at DSK Legal and is part of the firm’s Transactions and TMT practice group. He has over a decade of experience advising clients operating in disintermediating sectors, including, ITeS, fintech, F&B, e-commerce, retail, and pharmaceutical sectors. In connection with the evolving data protection landscape in India, Chirag has been a part of the discussions and consultations conducted by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology on the ‘Draft Digital Personal Data Protection Bill, 2022’, and has consistently advised both international and domestic clients on the impact of the DPDPA on their business operations.
