About the IAPP

Ashish leads nasscom’s regulatory and policy engagement with the technology industry, regulators and the government of India since 2018. He works extensively on policies and legislations on data, emerging technologies, digital trade and ease of doing business. 

Earlier, at the National Institute of Public Finance and Policy, he led the technical assistance to the Indian Ministry of Finance on regulation of financial products, digital payments, and consumer protection.
