About the IAPP

Nicole Bilderbeek is a lawyer at Houthoff, Amsterdam. She specializes in privacy law, IT law and intellectual property. She regularly advises on General Data Protection Regulation, IT and e-commerce related matters and litigates on issues related to intellectual property rights, including Supreme Court litigation. Her practice also includes advising on IP, IT and data protection aspects of M&A deals. Nicole is a member of the IAPP, the Dutch Privacy Law Association (VPR) and the Dutch Association for Young Privacy Lawyers (JPAN).
