Sandeep Sangwan, CIPP/A, CIPP/E, is Deputy Head of Legal – India for CBRE South Asia Private Limited, which is a subsidiary of CBRE Group, Inc. the world's largest commercial real estate services and investment firm.
Sandeep has close to 18 years of multi-jurisdictional experience as in–house counsel as well as independent legal practitioner across IT outsourcing, industrial automation, real estate consultancy, mining, and railway signaling industry. He has extensive experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts and engaging with project execution teams to ensure contract compliance.
