Shana Morgan is the Global Head of Privacy & AI Legal Compliance at L3Harris Technologies, Inc., a Fortune 250 aerospace and defense company with approximately 48,000 employees in over 45 countries. Shana developed, implemented, and currently leads L3Harris's Global Privacy and AI Legal Compliance programs. A proud Cherokee Nation citizen who has lived in both Germany and the United States, Shana brings a multicultural perspective and a deep understanding of the intersection of privacy, technology, and culture to her work. A frequent speaker, active member, and leader in the Privacy and AI Governance communities, Shana is passionate about advancing global privacy and responsible AI practices.
