About the IAPP

Milagros is an associate of the IP, IT & Privacy Group at Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal in Argentina since 2013.

Milagros has graduated as a lawyer from the Argentine Catholic University with an honors degree in 2017. Milagros has also received the Academic Excellence Award granted by the Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires, among other awards, due to her outstanding academic performance. 

In 2019, Milagros worked as a foreign associate with Duane Morris LLP after being elected by the New York State Bar Association for the “Training for Young Latin American Lawyers”. 

Milagros’ specializes in intellectual property, information technology, data protection and privacy. Milagros relevant working experience includes assisting clients regarding due-diligence processes, IP agreements, IT agreements, anti-counterfeiting and trademark protection, personal data protection and privacy, and fair trade matters.
