About the IAPP

Andy Wood joined the IAPP in 2018 after a career in education and athletic administration. He currently serves as an Enterprise Alliance Consultant within the IAPP, assisting organizations across the Energy and Utilities sector, law firms, and public and private entities across all industries in Canada to find ways to leverage the IAPP’s wealth of resources. In particular, Andy works with partners associated with those companies and agencies to identify effective ways to increase privacy education through various training and certification initiatives, both within the Privacy Office, and more broadly across other business areas, through the development of privacy champions.
