About the IAPP

Tina is a Senior Consultant within Deloitte’s Risk Advisory practice and Data Protection and Privacy team. She is a licensed Ontario lawyer with experience in the data protection field, advising on solutions that reduce privacy risk and exposure to liability. She specializes in serving public sector, retail and healthcare, advising clients in the areas of regulatory compliance, data protection and information privacy, technology and risk management.



Prior to Deloitte, she was counsel in the access and privacy group of the Ministry of Government and Consumer Services and articled in the civil litigation practice of the Ministry of the Attorney General. She led legislative reviews, judicial scans, legislative drafting and privacy analysis for the Ministry as well as supported consultations, appeal and judicial reviews with the Information Privacy Commissioner Ontario and Ontario Court of Appeal.
