Fabian is a Counsel in the Berlin Office of Hengeler Mueller. He regularly represents and advises companies in the media, IT and communications industries on agreements, transactions and in litigation before courts and regulatory authorities. Fabian represents and advises clients in arbitration procedures on a software based toll collecting system, on data protection aspects of securing and storing information in litigation proceedings, a provider of innovative big data and data analytics services in negotiations of customer contracts and GDPR implementation. He has advised a leading vendor of enterprise software on the introduction and distribution of new database software offerings as well as the market introduction of a mobile app based content offering in Europe. Fabian is a co-author of the German chapter in the “Copyright Litigation” (Thomson Reuters) and member of the German Association for the Law and Computer Science (DGRI) and the German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (GRUR).
