About the IAPP

Ben Wilczynski is the Data Protection Officer and Strategic Information Governance Lead at Innovate Healthcare Services. He oversees data protection for a group of NHS Trusts and chairs the Coventry and Warwickshire Information Governance Advisory Group. Ben has over ten years of experience in the healthcare sector, focusing on data protection and compliance.

He holds a BA (Hons) in Business Management from De Montfort University and is currently studying for an MBA. Ben has been a member of the IAPP since 2018 and holds CIPP/E and CIPM certifications and the FIP designation. He is looking forward to completing his CIPT and AIGP certifications in 2024.
