About the IAPP

Christina McCoy is Corporate Counsel at Cox Enterprises, where she supports all areas of commercial law, including strategic commercial transactions and business and legal integrations, for existing and newly acquired business in the cleantech, environmental sustainability, sustainable agriculture, eSports, and media segments. 

Prior to Cox, Christina has spent her career in private equity technology companies where she was a leader of cross-functional and global legal teams working to address compliance, privacy, corporate entity, mergers & acquisitions, contract transactions, board governance, streamlining and simplifying internal processes, and other business-critical activities where she has built & streamlined legal departments, including privacy programs.
