About the IAPP

Florian Eisenmenger, CIPP/E, CIPM, FIP, is a Senior Associate in the Munich office of Osborne Clarke and member of the Global Data Privacy and Security Service Line of Osborne Clarke. Florian advises national and international companies on all legal issues relating to IT and data protection law with a special focus on German and European data protection law. Florian regularly advises companies on international data protection compliance projects and Transfer Impact Assessments, and has in-depth knowledge of business digitalization projects.
