Wioletta Kulińska, CIPP/E, CIPM

Senior Counsel - Global Privacy and Compliance, Huuuge Games

Wioletta is attorney-at-law with over 12 years’ experience specializing in privacy, technology, and IP.

She works for Huuuge Games - global mobile gaming publisher – as senior counsel responsible for global privacy/data protection and compliance (9 jurisdictions and worldwide players reach). Her current professional work and interest focus on data protection program management in multinational companies, gaming, AdTech, protection of minors online, data transfers in global online services.

Previously, she led the IP/IT/Data team for a Nordic law firm – Magnusson Law and was a manager in the Digital law dept. at EY Law (Ernst & Young). She supported companies in successfully launching and marketing products and services on the EU market, in building clients’ business strategy while ensuring legal compliance and risk mitigation.

She also lectures on IP and video game law to post-graduate students at Lazarski University in Warsaw.

She is fascinated by data science, AI and machine learning and programming.
