About the IAPP

 

Jonathan Perez is Data Privacy Director EMEA at Estée Lauder Companies Europe, one of the world’s leading manufacturers and marketers of quality skin care, makeup, fragrance and hair care products.

 

After having spent five years in private practice in leading Paris-based law firms, Jonathan has worked for five years at BMC Software, a global leader in innovative software solutions, as Global Privacy Officer where he was leading the deployment of the company’s Binding Corporate Rules (Controller and Processor) globally.

 

At the Estée Lauder Companies, Jonathan is notably in charge of leading the deployment of the Company’s GDPR compliance program. Jonathan is a Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E).
