Associate Director, Regulatory Affairs and Privacy

Frédérique is the Associate Director for Regulatory Affairs and Privacy at the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA), where she leads the Agency’s efforts to protect athlete privacy as a central tenet of its broader fight for clean sport.

 

Prior to WADA, Frédérique practised privacy and data management law at a leading Canadian law firm. She is a member of the Quebec Bar and holds two law degrees from McGill University (civil and common law) as well as a bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Modern Languages from the University of Ottawa. She is a Certified Information and Privacy Professional (CIPP/E) and joined the IAPP Canadian Advisory Board in January 2023.
