Rita Saggar Neu
Rita Saggar Neu joined Adama Agriculture in 2010 as an in-house legal counsel. Adama is one of the world’s leading crop protection companies and part of the China National Agrochemical Company (CNAC). She started off as the Group Subsidiaries Corporate lawyer and now focuses on Employment, Commercial and Compliance activities, namely data privacy. Adama’s data privacy issues are around employee data and cross border transfers and customer data held in CRM systems that are currently being implemented globally. Rita is a qualified lawyer, having qualified as a solicitor in the UK in 2004 and currently works in Adama’s European headquarters in Switzerland.
