About the IAPP

Lena is a Senior Privacy Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton. She currently serves Federal clients by optimizing their privacy programs. Previously, she worked at Aleada, a boutique privacy firm, where her commercial clients ranged from Silicon Valley startups to Fortune 500 companies. 

 

Lena's experience includes assessing, developing, and implementing privacy programs. Her work has included advising on best practices, hosting trainings, drafting policies, reviewing data protection contracts, and conducting privacy impact assessments. 

 

In her free time Lena enjoys activities that empower women, exploring new cafes, and working out. 

 

Lena received her JD from the University of San Francisco School of Law, and her BA from UC Berkeley. She holds the CIPP/US and CIPM certifications.
