Ana Nehemy is a Marketing Privacy Consultant professional at ISG (Information Services Group) supporting GM (General Motors) providing CRM Privacy Consultation. She is a Brazilian Attorney with expertise in Data Protection Laws, including General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the US Privacy Laws, and the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

She is CIPP/E and CIPP/US Certified.

Regarding her academic path, Ana went to Law School in Brazil (JD) and is admitted to practice Law in the country. She also has a Post Graduation Degree in Cyberlaw.
