About the IAPP

Nicholas Godlove is the Privacy Counsel for the Americas at Yum! Brands, which operates the brands KFC, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, The Habit Burger Grill. Previously, he worked for organizations in ad-tech, consumer financial information, and technology development. Nicholas received his J.D. from the University of California – Davis, and his undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona. Nicholas is a certified information privacy professional (CIPP/US) and has experience drafting and implementing privacy and security controls, conducting due diligence and privacy reviews, and contracting data-focused cross-border agreements. Outside of work, he enjoys coffee, hiking, and a good book.
