Javiera Sepulveda
Javiera Sepúlveda, is founding partner at Bitlaw, a Chilean boutique firm specialized in privacy and technology contracts. Previously, she worked for ten years as a senior associate in the Data Protection and Technologies Group at Carey.
Javiera is a lawyer from the Catholic University of Chile (2011), with a Master in commercial law with specialization in e-law from the University of Melbourne, Australia (2018). She has also specialized in post graduate courses regarding technology contracting, cryptocurrencies and digital services.
Javiera has focused her practice for more than ten years in technology contracting, software protection strategies, privacy, electronic signature, electronic commerce, and intellectual property matters. She has given privacy classes in different Chilean universities and has participated as speaker in several local and international seminars and forums.
