About the IAPP

Rafael (Raf) joined Beazley in 2016 as Beazley's International Breach Response Service Manager, with responsibility for a growing list of regions outside the US.  In this role, Raf is tasked with helping Beazley Breach Response policyholders to manage data breaches, curating Beazley’s expert panels in these regions and maintaining and developing Beazley’s suite of risk management services.  Raf joins Beazley from Bank of America Merrill Lynch where he was an Assistant General Counsel for its UK business. Prior to that, he held senior legal positions at Morgan Stanley in London and Hong Kong and was a legal consultant for Jardine Matheson in Hong Kong. Raf has over 15 years’ experience providing legal advice related to privacy, technology and regulatory affairs.
