About the IAPP

Ken is Group Data Protection Officer & Head of Compliance at Lazada, covering areas that include the group’s privacy compliance program.

He has been leading the privacy compliance transformation at Lazada, strengthening internal processes and capabilities to ensure that safeguarding the data and privacy of our customers remains a top priority.

Prior to Lazada, Ken was Deputy Chief Counsel at the Personal Data Protection Commission and International Privacy Counsel at Ant Group. He also led the Legal and Privacy teams at Resorts World Sentosa.

Ken earned his Masters in EU Competition Law at King’s College in London, and his Bachelor of Laws at the National University of Singapore.
